We at VR Wealth Advisors Pvt Ltd have a client-centric approach in all areas, and one area which requires utmost attention is Client Grievance, we take this area very seriously and wish to provide a formal Grievance Redressal System.

Greviance if any can be emailed on email id : compliance@vrwealthadvisors.com for Advisory and implementation matters.

We will make our best effort to resolve the grievance of the client and also keep the record of the grievances received , grievances resolved & grievances unresolved for each month .

As per SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/IMD/DF1/CIR/P/2019/169  “Display of complaints status on website” we display the same on our website home page

ODR means ( Online Dispute Resolution )

ODR Portal could be accessed if unsatisfied with the response. Your attention is drawn to the SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/CIR/2023/131 dated July 31, 2023, on “Online Resolution of Disputes in the Indian Securities Market”.  A common Online Dispute Resolution Portal (“ODR Portal”), which harnesses conciliation and online arbitration for resolution of disputes arising in the Indian Securities Market, has been established.
